As well as being a business woman with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree, Andrea has taken her personal passion for fitness to the next level.  She is a Can-Fit Pro certified group exercise instructor and is well known to her aerobics students for her creative and fun ways of making any form of fitness exciting. 

As a well experienced instructor teaching Step; Cardio Kickbox; Muscle Conditioning; Hi Lo; and Circuit classes, Andrea takes pride in keeping class content fresh, effective and fun.  Her desire to keep moving and stay healthy also brought her into the dance world where she has spent the past few years intensively studying the art form of Egyptian Belly Dance as well as studying some salsa and sultry dance aerobics.  

Recently Andrea has taken her fitness and dance experience and fused it into the fun and exciting world of Bellyfit.  She is also a certified Bellyfit instructor and is excited to help grow this new program at Pulse Dance Works. 

Bellyfit is the latest trend to hit the fitness industry and it provides a remarkable platform for women to push the traditional fitness boundaries.  Bellyfit is a fusion fitness class inspired by Belly, Bhangra and African dance styles.  The class also includes Pilates and Yoga inspired components as well. 

Andrea is excited to be part of this new and upcoming trend and is excited to inspire others to benefit from what she deems the best fitness class ever!!!
